a) Welcome to bebamart.com. Beba is a trading name for Beba Mart Global Limited ('Beba' or 'We' or 'Our' or 'Us') which is an online e-commerce platform operating under bebamart.com website ('Platform') on a mobile application called Beba.

b) These terms of use form a legally binding and enforceable contract between yourself and Beba Mart Global Limited.

c) These terms shall apply to and govern buyers, sellers, barter traders and exchangers and all persons that use bebamart.com website.

b) Beba provides all services and products on an 'as-is', 'as-available' basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of condition, quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, commercial value and fitness for specific purposes. Beba disclaims all liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of its services and products. By using these services and products, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer and agree to hold the Beba harmless.

c) Before making payment or exchanging your products, we recommend inspecting the goods thoroughly and requesting the seller, trader and/or exchanger to provide documentation that verifies the goods meet all relevant legal, regulatory and industry standards. Beba shall not be liable for all goods that do not meet with legal, regulatory and industry standards and/or do not fit the description.

e) Shipping times and rates if any are merely estimates and may vary.

f) Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider and is subject to their terms and conditions.

m) Beba disclaims any liability related to the legitimacy, safety and quality goods and services listed on the platform, nor does it guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users including but not limited to existence of goods and services, user trustworthiness or accuracy of information, user ability to pay for goods and/or deliver goods and services.

n) Beba is not responsible for any issues arising from user-posted content or infringement of third-party rights. By using the platform, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to hold the Beba harmless.

o) We do not warrant that the platform shall be online and operate all time without faults and/or disruptions.

p) We do not warrant that the platform shall remain available or operation during the occurrence of force majeure events or such other events as described in clause 13.

q) We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all of our platform services, and to stop publishing your content on the platform, at any time and at our sole discretion without notice or explanation, you shall not be entitled to compensation, costs, damages or settlement of any kind for such discontinuation.

r) Pursuant to clause 2 (q) above, In the event of discontinuation of our platform for matters not related to force majeure, we will provide notice of discontinuation to the users and inform them on the way forward.

s) We do not guarantee any commercial results concerning the use of the platform.

t) Pursuant to clause 13 and subject to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for all representations and warranties relating to the use of the platform, our mobile app and these Terms and conditions.

a) In order to register an account on the platform ('Account'), you shall be required to provide information about yourself. By registration of an account on the platform, you hereby consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information.

b) An individual of 18 years and above may create an account as well as an authorized representative of an entity on behalf of that entity. By registering an account and agreeing to these Terms of use, you warrant and represent to us that you are 18 years of age or above. Beba shall not be held liable for any claims in respect to the products, services and use of the Platform by minors.

c) You can only register on account and in the event of multiple accesses to the same account, we may require you to furnish proof of identity to prove ownership of account.

d) You shall be required to provide an email address and set a password for your account. By registration of your account, you agree to the sole responsibility of; i) protecting and keeping confidential your account login credentials; ii) all activities conducted through your account and; iii) holding Beba harmless from any unauthorized use or access to your account.

e) If you become aware of any unauthorized or suspicious account activity or use or access to our platform or any other breach of security, you must notify us immediately and promptly update your login information to maintain the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

f) Subject to these Terms, your account shall remain open indefinitely. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate or cancel your account, or your access to our platform, services and products and/or edit your account details at any time at our sole discretion and without notice or explanation to you whether or not there is breach of these Terms, and you shall not be entitled to any compensation, costs, damages or settlement of any kind for the suspension and/or termination of your account.

g) Your account is for personal use only and you shall not share or transfer your account to a third party. If you choose to allow a third party manage your account on your behalf, you do so at your own risk.

h) You shall provide any false or misleading information about your identity or location in your Account;

i) You may cancel your account by deleting your account.
